Process Improvement: Be involved in identifying ways to streamline production processes and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Manual Work & Physical Tasks: You'll be on your feet and using your hands — whether sanding, linishing, or assembling products — so comfort with physical work is essential.
Quality Assurance: Take pride in the detail — every piece that leaves the workshop reflects our high standards.
Teamwork: Be a part of a small, supportive team that shares knowledge and works together to produce exceptional results.

Skills & Qualifications:
Physical Ability: Confident with manual labour and physical tasks, finishing production and process engineering. You’ll be a proactive contributor to improvements in making.
Commercial Awareness: Understanding of the commercial realities of working in a dynamic, small business environment. You’ll need to manage tasks efficiently while balancing deadlines and cross-departmental collaboration.
Self-Management & People Skills: A self-manager who takes responsibility for their well-being and those around them. You are comfortable in an environment that encourages challenge and "upside-down thinking," where criticism and feedback are part of the innovation process. You thrive on contributing to a positive, resilient culture where personal well-being and professional satisfaction go hand in hand.
Craft and Care: While you enjoy physical labour, you also take pride in the meticulous details of craft and the artistry behind the work.
Growth Potential: While this role does not require technical CAD/engineering support, there is scope for growth in this area for those interested in expanding their skills.
About You
You might have experience in construction, woodworking, landscaping, or another physical trade, or you might just be a keen, practical person with a good work ethic and attention to detail. Above all, you're reliable, hands-on, and excited to be part of a values-driven environment.
Why Join Us?
