Bronze handles can develop a blue or greenish-blue patina over time due to exposure to environmental elements such as moisture, air, and pollutants. This natural process, known as oxidation, occurs when the copper in the bronze reacts with oxygen and other substances, forming a protective layer called a patina.
At Blacksand Bronze, we celebrate the authentic patina of solid bronze, as it adds to the unique character and beauty of each piece.

This means your product may have slight differences, telling the story of its creation and making it truly one-of-a-kind.
