Our Lever handles are available on Roses (Round or Square), Long Plate, and our larger Entrance Plate. All handles are made from solid bronze. Levers on Long and Entry Plates can be machined to incorporate different functions such as Turn and Release for Privacy locks, Euro or Oval Profile Cylinder Holes for key entry locks, and a 4-Point Function commonly used in tall Aluminium Joinery.

When a lock function is required for lever handles on a Round or Square Rose, choose from our Escutcheons and Turns. All Lever Handles are sprung, and while we do not manufacture internal mortice/tubular latches or locks, we can machine to suit most common makes and models. We can also supply locks and latches as needed. For specific requirements, please contact us, and we can assist in preparing a hardware schedule.

When choosing a Cylinder Turn Adapter made by Chant Production, add 5mm to the spindle side for effective contact with our cast bronze Turn. For example, for a 1241 Euro Profile Cylinder Turn Adapter/Key 31mm, the Turn side should be 36mm.

• List of door names or numbers identifying interior or exterior doors.

• Door material (e.g., timber, aluminum, glass, or steel).

• Door thicknesses to supply correct length screws and spindles.

• Handing information (from the outside view, i.e., the side where screws are not visible) indicating if the handle is on the left or right side of the door.

• Function required, such as locking function (e.g., privacy set for a bathroom door, rear fixed dummy for a wardrobe door, or passage set for an interior hinged door).

• We can also machine for a 4-Point mechanism which is commonly required for Assa Optimum and Yale Induro locks used in aluminum exterior doors where the lever handle can lift up to throw top and bottom bolts.

• Unsprung levers are also available, sometimes used for European multi point locks.

• Levers on our Round or Square Rose have horizontal fixing centers at 40.5mm (vertical fixings can be supplied on request)

• Vertical fixing centers for Long Plates are at 214mm

• Vertical fixing centers for Entrance Plates are at 316mm

• Minimum back set for Long Plates is 30mm

• Minimum back set for Roses is 57mm Minimum back set for Entry Plates is 57mm

• Lever handles come as a back-to-back pair as standard, with handing information required.

• Standard spindle size is 8mm, but we can machine for 7.6mm upon request.

• Roses and Plates are all 12.5mm thick; use this measurement when ordering a Key cylinder.

• 4-Point Lever mechanism is available for brands like Assa Induro or Optimum.

• Unsprung levers are also available, commonly used for European multi-point locks.

• Given the cast nature of our products, we recommend checking all measurements onsite with the product in hand.
